The problem

3,948 ADA web lawsuits in 2025, up 37%. Two thirds hit companies under $25M, and defending one costs $30K to $175K.

The market offers extremes: enterprise audits they can't afford, or overlay widgets the FTC fined $1M. Nobody serves the middle, a flat fee between $3K and $8K. I sized that gap from 35 documented lawsuits and a pricing matrix of 15 competitors before building.

What I built

  • Instant scan to quote. Real accessibility tooling scores the site and a quote engine prices the finding inline.
  • Two cost models. Audit price scales with site complexity, fix price with violation severity. v1 conflated them and quoted absurd numbers.
  • Industry risk multipliers. Healthcare 1.5×, law 1.3×, priced to legal exposure.
  • An outreach pipeline that enriches leads, verifies emails, and attaches each prospect's own branded report. It writes drafts and never sends on its own.

Decisions that mattered

  • No AI wrote the reports. The scanner measured, templates formatted. For a product this close to legal risk, "the machine measured it" has to be true in the plainest sense.
  • Findings rank by what an owner can't fix alone. Broken forms and booking widgets lead. Contrast headlines 2 of 229 reports.
  • Clean sites go on a skip list and never get pitched. Restraint protects credibility.
  • Above about 15 violations the engine recommends a rebuild. A fix at that point costs more than it's worth.
Screenshots can't show what a screen reader ruins. The reports print what a blind patient hears: "edit, blank."
